Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco Awards $35.3 Million in Affordable Housing Program Grants in Six States

San Francisco, CA - December 22, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) –The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco awarded $35.3 million in Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grants in the second round of the 2009 competition. The AHP grants, awarded to 49 projects that address the unique needs of individual communities, will produce 3,458 affordable housing units in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Oklahoma, and Texas.

FHLBank Pittsburgh Awards $3.4 Million in Affordable Housing Grants

Pittsburgh, PA - October 19, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) — The Board of Directors of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh (FHLBank) has approved $3,446,246 in grants under its Affordable Housing Program (AHP).
