Qualified PA borrowers who lost homes to foreclosure to receive notice; may be eligible for payments from national foreclosure settlement

HARRISBURG – September 25, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Attorney General Linda Kelly today announced that official notifications are being sent to approximately 29,000 Pennsylvania borrowers who lost their homes to foreclosure between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2011 and who may be eligible for payment as part of the $25 billion national mortgage foreclosure settlement.
