Residential Building Permits Continue to Edge Upward

Kansas City, MO – July 1 30, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Monthly single-family units permit activity edged up in May for the fourth consecutive month and for the first time this year surpassed the monthly year-over-year activity according to the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City (HBA). A total of 229 single-family units were permitted in May, up from 209 in April and up 7 percent over May 2010
