Ryan and Endurance International Execute Leases Totaling 27,868 SF at The Center at Corporate Drive
The Davis Companies, Principal Real Estate Investors & CBRE/NE secure tenants
BOSTON – December 8, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — On behalf of The Davis Companies and Principal Real Estate Investors, CBRE/New England announces that two leases totaling 27,868 square feet have been executed at The Center at Corporate Drive in Burlington, Massachusetts. Ryan, an award-winning global tax services firm, renewed its 10,691 square foot lease at 25 Corporate Drive. Endurance International, a leading provider of cloud-based platform solutions for small- and medium-sized business owners, renewed and expanded for 17,177 square foot at 10 Corporate Drive.
CBRE/NE’s Kerry Olson Hawkins, Jason Levendusky and Andy Majewski represented the landlord. Duggan Realty Advisors’ Jim Duggan represented Ryan. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Matthew Daniels represented Endurance International.

The office park consists of four buildings, 10, 25, 30 and 35 Corporate Drive and a future development site for a fifth building. Ownership has made a substantial investment in a new amenity package at the property.
