Tampa St. in Effect starting November 7th for Water Main Construction and Two-way Street Conversion

WASHINGTON, D.C. – November 9, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — N. Tampa St. will be closed at E. Tyler St. beginning at 8 a.m. on Saturday, November 7, 2015 and last until 8 p.m. on Sunday, November 8, 2015. The closure is necessary as UCAP continues work on the Downtown water transmission main segment 2.

Two southbound lanes on N. Tampa St. between E. Tyler St. and E. Cass St. will also be closed during this time for installation of underground conduits for the two-way conversion of E. Cass Street. One westbound lane on E. Tyler St., one eastbound lane of E. Cass St., and one southbound lane on N. Tampa St. between E. Tyler St. and E. Cass St. will remain open.
