THE MARKETING DIRECTORS ADDS NEW RESEARCH ANALYST TO FULL-SERVICE MARKETING & SALES/RENTAL ORGANIZATION

NEW YORK, NY. – October 5, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — The Marketing Directors, Inc., the leading Manhattan-based residential real estate marketing and sales/leasing firm, has added a new layer of analytical expertise to its impressive Market Insights department with the hiring of Research Analyst, Laura Tomana.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Laura recently graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Economics, and minor in Communications. While in school, she focused on market trends and various real estate theories, interpreting models and analyzing business cycles.

Ms. Tomana will immediately complement The Marketing Directors’ research team, which is responsible for providing in-depth market intelligence to developer and lender clients. By tracking and analyzing leasing and sales data throughout the Eastern Corridor, Laura will provide information on new construction pricing, future construction and re-sale analytics, as well as finish and amenity comparisons. The department also creates market overviews for project-specific marketing plans, serving as a blueprint for individual marketing and sales/leasing programs.
