Wicomico County’s Largest Commercial Sale: Holly Campbell, Matt Trader

Salisbury, MD – October 13, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Wicomico County just experienced the largest commercial real estate transaction for 2011, according to Coastal Association MLS. Holly Campbell of RE/MAX Premier Properties represented the seller, and Matthew Trader of Rinnier Development brought the buyer. 2630 North Salisbury Boulevard has officially changed hands for $700,000. The business formerly operating there, Country Sunrooms, has relocated. Plans for the property are not yet confirmed.
