XplodeThis Conference 2013 brings you the latest real estate technology

WASHINGTON, D.C. – July 8, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The IDX Inc. team had such a great time at XplodeThis Conference in Boca Raton, Florida that we wanted to share some of the information we walked away with.

Going into the conference, we knew that technology drives the modern real estate industry, but we were excited to learn about all of the new strategies and technology changes realtors are using to keep their business ahead of the game. For only a one-day event, it was jammed packed with valuable real estate technology advice! We were fortunate enough to hear from top national speakers such as, Jeff Lobb, Steve Pacinell, Eric Stegemann and many more. They discussed everything from creating an online reputation, closing business, top apps for real estate agents to technology that makes you cooler.

One of the hot topics we really enjoyed was Jeff Lobb’s, VP of Technology & Innovation for Exit Realty, speech on the latest industry related apps for both iOS and Android devices. Steve Pacinelli from Move.com added to the app discussion and demonstrated a set of tools to increase effectiveness with email – and specifically with Google’s Gmail. Some of the tools he covered included Rapportive.com, Xobni, and Boomerang.

Xplode Founder Matt Fagioli shared ideas for implementing some of the hundreds of ideas found at the conference. He specifically encouraged agents to pick one or two things to add to their business and then add additional technologies and concepts once those first items are mastered.
We had a great time meeting all the RMLSFL members who attended the conference. We walked away with a ton of beneficial information and wanted to thank everyone over at the XplodeThis team for putting on such an amazing event. Cannot wait to see what is in store for next year!
