$13M Obligated for Emergency Homeowners’ Loan Program in Idaho

BOISE, ID – November 10, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — A total of 308 Idaho homeowners at risk of foreclosure will keep their homes thanks to Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA). As the administrator of the Emergency Homeowners’ Loan Program (EHLP) funds awarded to Idaho by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) last April, IHFA has successfully obligated 100 percent of the $13 million awarded.
