BRIDGE Housing Implements Integratec’s Developer Central Software

ATLANTA, GA – November 17, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Integratec, a leading provider of cloud-based full life-cycle real estate investment management software and data aggregation services, is pleased to announce a new Developer Central client, BRIDGE Housing.

Located in San Francisco, BRIDGE is a leading nonprofit developer of affordable housing in California and the Pacific Northwest with a focus on creating high-quality, affordable homes for working families and seniors.

The growth in BRIDGE’s real estate portfolio had dictated the need for a centralized data repository and flexible reporting across all aspects of asset management – from financial performance to capital needs assessments to tracking physical issues along with identifying, tracking and storing all related documents electronically. Katherine Fleming, BRIDGE’s Vice President of Portfolio, had prior experience with Integratec and was aware of the growing number of developer/owner/operators implementing Developer Central. Katherine said, “Integratec is the best tool out there which would provide the customization and flexibility that we needed. We can now take the data we already had and perform analytics on a portfolio-wide basis in a way that wasn’t possible before. They know the affordable housing industry and used that knowledge to help us with our implementation.”

Scott Metzloff, Integratec’s Director of Software Services, noted, “Katherine’s experience with Integratec and the overall commitment of the BRIDGE team drove the successful implementation. We are grateful to add BRIDGE to our strong, active Developer Central client base and we are committed to the continued enhancement of our software to meet the industry needs.” Integratec currently serves over 70 clients and supports the asset management of more than 13,000 real estate investments.
