Daniel Gale Sotheby’s Expands Management Role for Marianne Koke

Cold Spring Harbor, NY – January 29, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty (DGSIR), one of the nation’s leading realtors, has named Marianne Koke sales manager of its Stony Brook sales office. This new role is an expansion of her current duties, as Marianne will continue to manage sales at the organization’s St. James office. Patricia J. Petersen, President and CEO of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty and Angela Anderson, SVP and regional manager of DGSIR jointly made the announcement.

With more than 25 years of experience in residential real estate and as a longtime resident of the area, Marianne Koke has proven to be both an exceptional mentor and source of information. Marianne was previously assigned to DGSIR’s Business Development Team, an agent-led initiative that provides an on-the-job orientation and coaching program for new and veteran agents. The program, which has helped agents increase their production dramatically, addresses a variety of issues from day-to-day procedures to the challenges of an emerging and rapidly changing market through discussion, role-play and technical support.
