MONTVALE, NJ – March 14, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — DataBridge Marketing Systems Corporation announced today that it has been contracted by RealtyTrac®, the foreclosure authority™, to manage and act as service bureau for two of the company’s coveted lists: “Foreclosure and Auction Listings” and “New Homeowners of Foreclosures.”

RealtyTrac Foreclosure and Auction Listings (Universe: 1,349,185)
RealtyTrac, the leading online marketplace for foreclosure properties, compiles and provides listings of homeowners who are currently in some stage of the foreclosure process. The list details those individuals who have received a Notice of Default (NOD) or a court-ordered Lis Pendens (LIS) –  known as “pre-foreclosure” – and those who have received a Notice of Trustee Sale (NTS) or Notice of Foreclosure Sale (NFS) signaling that their property is scheduled for auction. Also available are lists of bank-owned properties (REO), where the property has been repossessed by the foreclosing lender.

With a universe of nearly 1.4 million active records updated daily, this list provides an ideal resource for Realtors, real estate investors, debt collectors, debt consolidation and loss mitigation service providers, lenders offering re-financing and loan modification opportunities, auctioneers, and various other parties focused on the lending and real estate industries.  The list can be customized to fit specific needs.

RealtyTrac New Homeowners of Foreclosures (Universe: 801,532)
RealtyTrac compiles and provides listings of buyers who have purchased properties that were recently in some stage of the foreclosure process. Considering that 20 to 25 percent of all home sales in the U.S. are foreclosure sales, this is a substantial list with a universe of more than 800,000 records. These new homeowners, many of whom may have purchased foreclosure properties as investments, represent a significant and perhaps untapped market for home improvement retailers, contractors and insurance providers, among others. This file is also updated on a daily basis to ensure all data is current with public records.

“RealtyTrac is widely respected as a leader in reporting the nation’s foreclosure market and sales activity, making the company’s data a valuable commodity within the real estate and lending sectors, as well as a multitude of related industries,” said Jim Frustieri, President at DataBridge. “We are pleased to have been selected as the company’s list manager and look forward to meeting its needs as a trusted partner.”
