  • Tenant: Walgreens, CVS or Rite Aid
  • Price: $3,000,000 – $6,000,000
  • Cap Rate: 6.85% minimum
  • Location: Nationwide
  • Remaining Lease Term: 2 – 9 years
  • Lease Type: NNN preferred, however NN will be considered
