McGuire Leader asks “Could Predictive Analytics Become Tomorrow’s QR Code?”

San Francisco, CA – July 28, 2017 – (RealEstateRama) —  “Could Predictive Analytics Become Tomorrow’s QR Code?” is the thought-provoking title of a session that San Francisco General Counsel and General Manager Abbie Higashi of McGuire Real Estate will co-present at Inman Connect at the San Francisco Hilton, August 7-11, the nation’s largest real estate technology conference.

San Francisco’s Neil Cohen, a national leading brand, marketing and sales expert and consultant, and John Heithaus of Rockville, Maryland, a third-generation real estate professional and former head of marketing for one of the largest Multiple Listing firms in the U.S., will join Higashi. General Counsel and General Manager of McGuire Real Estate, Higashi holds more than a decade and a half of real estate experience from many facets of the industry. Her extensive, and equally impressive background ranges from her roles as a Head Broker, Sales Leader and Manager, Director of Business Development and Top Producing Sales Associate. At McGuire, Higashi combines her expertise in law and real estate to support company growth, agent expertise and client representation through transaction oversight, risk management and regulatory compliance and business development.

Prior to McGuire Real Estate, Higashi has over 15 years of experience in previous real estate brokerages striving for growth, including: 8z Real Estate (VP, CBS), ZipRealty (Designated Broker and Director of Business Development and Sales) and served on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors. Before her Real Estate career, Higashi served as a Prosecutor/Criminal Trial Attorney with the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office. Serving under District Attorney John Meehan and District Attorney Tom Orloff, Abbie was responsible for prosecuting cases that ranged from narcotics and assault, to robbery and homicide.
