WASHINGTON, D.C. – RealEstateRama – MISMO®, the real estate finance industry’s standards organization, today announced that it has published the Version 3.5 Property and Valuation Services (PaVS) Implementation Guide (iGuide).
The Version 3.5 PaVS iGuide:
- Highlights data model changes from Version 3.3 to Version 3.5;
- Includes updated use cases; and
- Concepts cross-reference to VALUATION_RESPONSE 2.6 ERRATA 1
“This iGuide represents an important bridge from the perspective of preparing for the revisions set forth in the new MISMO V3.6 XML Reference Model,” said Elizabeth Green, Candescent Capital Ventures Chair of the PAVS Community of Practice. “Work is also wrapping up for the v3.6 PaVS iGuide, expected for publication in early 2024.”
The Property and Valuation Services Community of Practice asserts that this version of the PaVS Version 3.5 iGuide provides the work of PaVS, and documents important legacy details of how MISMO converted the elements from Valuation Response v2.6 Errata 1, as well as new elements for this business sector up through 2018 (the publication of version 3.5).
