NAHB Announces Call for Entries for the 2013 National Sales and Marketing Awards

WASHINGTON, D.C. - August 17, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- New home sales and marketing professionals and designers are encouraged to submit entries for the 2013 National Sales and Marketing Awards, sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) National Sales and Marketing Council. The awards, better known as “The NationalsSM,” pay tribute to superior sales and marketing achievements by individual sales and marketing professionals, home builders and associates.

Housing Starts Edge Down 1.1 Percent, Permits Rise In July

WASHINGTON, D.C. - August 16, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- Nationwide housing production edged down 1.1 percent to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 746,000 units in July, according to newly released figures from HUD and the U.S. Census Bureau. However, builders pulled more permits for planned new-home projects than they have in any month since August of 2008.

NAHB Now Accepting Applications for 2013 Jerry Rouleau Awards for Excellence
