Kandu Capital, LLC (“Kandu”) is a private family investment company.  The Kandu principals have developed, acquired and managed health care facilities and commercial real estate for 4 decades. In the process, we created an organization of over 1,200 employees, maintained high occupancy rates, built long-standing professional relationships in the community and revolutionized highly specialized health care programs.

The Kandu principals presently own and operate skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, alzheimer's and mental health/psychiatric facilities as well as own multi-family, shopping centers and land.
