Fenty joined representatives of Fannie Mae and Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) Director Leila Finucane Edmonds in Ward 8 for a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the grand opening of DHCD’s Housing Resource Center, a new one-stop shop for quality affordable housing services for low and moderate-income families and individuals in the District.
