C.W. Driver Hires Ryan Stichler as Director of Project Development

16-year industry expert hired to spearhead project development in San Diego office

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – August 8, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — C.W. Driver, a premier builder serving California since 1919, has announced Ryan Stichler will join the San Diego office as director of project development.

“Ryan’s expertise in business development and marketing within the built environment fits perfectly into the types of projects he will work on at C.W. Driver. “His extensive industry knowledge and experience in the San Diego market will greatly benefit our expansion efforts in the region.”

Prior to joining C.W. Driver, Stichler worked at Kitchell as the business development manager, where he expanded business opportunities and maintained relationships with a variety of clients including architects, engineers and subcontractors. Stichler also worked at Balfour Beatty construction as the director of business development, where he directed firm-wide business development activities covering five satellite offices.

Stichler played a key role in a variety of San Diego-based projects including the University of California San Diego central research services facility, San Diego State University Page Pavilion, and St. John’s Pleasant Valley’s new patient tower.

Stichler earned a MBA from Point Loma Nazarene University and a bachelor of science in business administration from the University of Arizona. Stichler is currently a board member of the Building Industry Association (BIA).
