CEDAR CROSSING WINS BRIAN MICKELSEN HOUSING HERO AWARD

WASHINGTON, D.C. — August 2016 — (RealEstateRama) — Located in Phoenix, Cedar Crossing is a 74-unit complex developed by National Equity Fund partner, Native American Connections. It is a unique multiphase housing community that encompasses numerous supportive services followed up with access to transitional and ultimately permanent affordable housing.

The awards are presented at the Arizona Department of Housing conference annually and are named in honor of the outstanding public service exemplified by the late Brian Mickelsen, an original member of the Arizona Housing Finance Authority and the city manager for the town of Cottonwood.
