Children of Late Singer Fight Sale

    -

The children of the late Hawaiian entertainer Don Ho are fighting over the sale of his eight-bedroom beach house in Lanikai in Oahu.

Some of the singers’ 10 children don’t want the property sold. Ho himself put the home on the market for $10 million before he died last year. Family members never thought it would sell, but Ho’s trustees lowered the price to under $7 million and a sale is pending.

Daughter Dondo Ho-Costa and her sister Dori Ho say the house has served as a refuge for Ho’s family, and their father never intended to sell it. Ho-Costa has filed a court petition to stop the sale.
