Kansas City, Missouri – July 29, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Colliers International, a leading global real estate services and investment firm, today announced the following transactions.

Sales

(July 2, 2015) CRC, LLC sold a 10,125 square foot industrial building located at 4936 Hadley Street, Overland Park, Kansas to Twin Properties, LLC. John Stafford SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Buyer. The Seller was not represented.

(July 20, 2015) Anas F. Alazzeh sold a 3,282 square foot retail building located at 717 E 8th Street, Baldwin City, Kansas to DWHH, LLC. Allison Vance Moore and Kirsten Flory of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller. The Buyer was not represented.

(July 1, 2015) Tri-Angle Holding Corporation sold a 2,849 square foot retail building located at 3300 W 6th Street, Lawrence, Kansas to Maceli Holdings, LLC. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International negotiated the transaction on behalf of the Seller. The Buyer was not represented.

Leases

(July 2, 2015) Premier Investments, LLC leased 96,939 square feet of industrial space located at 500 Osage Avenue, Kansas City, Kansas to US Venture, Inc. Doug Hedrick SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International represented the Tenant, and Paul Neal SIOR, CCIM of Grindstone Industrial Properties represented the Landlord in the transaction.

(June 15, 2015) Block Income Fund III, L.P. leased 45,000 square feet of industrial space located at 100 NW Plaza Drive, Riverside, Missouri to ORR Safety Corporation. Cameron Duff SIOR, CCIM of Colliers International represented the Tenant, and Chris Cargill of Block Real Estate Services represented the Landlord in the transaction.

(July 9, 2015) Charles K. Wang, leased 2,040 square feet of industrial space located at 919 E 29th Street, Lawrence, Kansas to Vitev LLC. Marilyn Bittenbender of Colliers International represented the Landlord and Kirsten Flory of Colliers International represented the Tenant.

(July 16, 2015) NG City Center Square leased 1,575 square feet of office space located at 1100 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri to Beamer, Slagg & Thompson Management, Inc. Phil James and Evan Warwick of Colliers International represented the Landlord, and Robert Reintjes of Cresa Kansas City represented the Tenant in the transaction.

(June 30, 2015) NorthStar Venture Group, LLC leased 832 square feet of office space located at 901 Kentucky Street, Lawrence, Kansas to Tel Instrument Electronics Corp. Allison Vance Moore of Colliers International represented the Landlord and Kirsten Flory of Colliers International represented the Tenant.
