HDC welcomes Senior Project Finance Manager Kris Bryant to our Comprehensive Development Services team.


WASHINGTON, D.C. – July 3, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Housing Development Center is pleased to welcome Kris Bryant to our Comprehensive Development Services team. As senior finance project manager, Kris will work with nonprofits and housing authorities to develop and preserve affordable housing and community facilities, with a focus on assessing feasibility and structuring multisource financing for property development and preservation.

About Kris: Kris brings more than a decade of experience in real estate development and finance; his skills and expertise include a strong command of market analysis strategies and innovative financial modeling. Prior to joining HDC, Kris worked as development manager at the Atlanta office of national nonprofit affordable housing owner Mercy Housing, where he managed financing and development of housing for seniors and working families using LIHTCs, bonds and other housing sources. Previously, with the Dawson Company, Kris managed development of more than $350 million worth of urban infill, mixed use and transit oriented projects in Atlanta, Baltimore and Cincinnati. Kris holds a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Morehouse College and a Masters of Business Administration from Mercer University.
