The Monday, 1:00 PM Sustainability Symposium’s Smart Cities panel will be moderated by NAREE Vice President Dion Hanes and NAREE President Michelle Jarboe will head up a Reporters Roundup at approximately 3:00 PM for those who are flying in Monday morning and would like a recap of the day’s discussion. A flash drive with top line findings, quotes, and links to the downloadables will be handed out before Green Builder whisks away reporters planning to tour The New American Remodeling Home and New American Home in Lake Nona by complimentary bus at approximately 5:30 PM. Details about the bus will be posted on or you can text Executive Director Mary Doyle-Kimball for details at 561-391-1983 or email nareeprograms@gmail.

This lively networking cocktail reception will wrap around a 30-minute panel on sustainability and wellness. NAREE member Chris Kirkham, Wall Street Journal will moderate. Green Builder Media founders Ron Jones and Sara Gutterman, and Jacob Atalla, Vice President of Sustainability, KB Home are among the panelists. Come network and find out why rooftop gardens, underground cisterns and walkability may soon be treasured by the buyers looking for meaningful luxe and those looking for away to keep themselves in affordable homes.

The third leg of NAREE green exploration will be during NAREE’s own 51st Annual Conference in Denver June 14-18 at the Brown Palace Hotel. In Denver we’ll will delve into the dollar value of green for commercial and residential, green luxe and affordable green.
