Neighborhood Housing Services of Los Angeles County (NHS) Teams Up With Volunteers for the Last Time This Year to Beautify A Residential Block in Sylmar on Saturday, October 5th

    Los Angeles, CA – October 4, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — For almost three decades now, NHS has continued making Los Angeles County neighborhoods, neighborhoods of choice by creating BLOC clubs, putting first time homebuyers in homes and revitalizing neighborhoods through Neighborhood Pride Day. NHS is teaming up with over 100 residents, volunteers and local businesses to beautify a block in Sylmar on Saturday, October 5, 2013 for Neighborhood Pride Day. These volunteers come together to help make their neighborhoods healthy, sustainable places for families to work and play together and also call home. This will mark the eighth NPD in 2013 that NHS has hosted and will be the last one for the year. Councilman Felipe Fuentes will attend the event and welcome participants to his district.
