New Homes Bonus warning: TCPA welcomes National Audit Office report

    April 1, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Leading housing and planning charity, the Town and Country Planning Association (TCPA), has today welcomed the findings from the National Audit Office on the New Homes Bonus (the Bonus), which confirms concerns that the Association raised two years ago in the report, ‘Policy analysis of housing and planning reform’, supported by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation.
