NYU Furman Center and New York Housing Conference Host 2025 Mayoral Forum on Housing and Homelessness

WASHINGTON, D.C. – RealEstateRama – On Thursday, May 1, the NYU Furman Center and New York Housing Conference will co-host the 2025 Mayoral Forum on Housing and Homelessness.

Leading mayoral candidates have been invited to discuss a number of critical issues facing New Yorkers, including housing affordability, federal funding, zoning reform, and affordable housing development. Candidates will also address the growing homelessness crisis in New York City.

Moderated by NY1’s Errol Louis, the forum will be a data-driven, policy-focused discussion where candidates will discuss their proposed solutions to address New York City’s affordable housing needs and homelessness.

Candidates will need to have reached key polling and fundraising thresholds to qualify.  Qualifying and confirmed candidates to be announced.

Due to security restrictions, members of the press and media are encouraged to pre-register for the Forum in advance of the event. Please bring a valid government issued ID for check-in.
