VALENCIA, CA – September 17, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — Grace Bartsch with the Westlake Village office represented the Tenant, Salon Studios lll, and John Cserkuti with the Santa Clarita office, represented the Landlord, JH Real Estate Partners, Inc., in the lease of a 3,360 sq. ft. retail property located at 28309 Newhall Ranch Road, Ste. 2C & 2D in Valencia, CA. The value of the lease transaction was approximately $1.2 Million.
The tenant, Cleo Sandifer, has been in the salon business for over 25 years with her first salon still located in Oak Park, CA (Conejo Valley). In 2011 Cleo Sandifer partnered with fellow salon business owner, Denise Rasbury, to expand and build two new concept salons, Salon Studios l and Salon Studios ll. This new salon model is changing the industry. What makes this a new concept is how the salon is positioned. Instead of hair cutting stations out in the open, this new layout includes 24 individual private suites. This insures privacy for the client and has been very popular with high end clientele. Now the duo has set their sights on Valencia to open their third salon, Salon Studios lll in Winter 2014.
