The group has been selected by Massachusetts-based New Boston Fund to manage One Park Square, a 281,785-square-foot office building completed in 2010. The building is located at 3470 NW 82nd Avenue in the heart of Miami’s Doral/Airport West submarket, the region’s largest suburban office market.

The 11-story office building is the first office project to offer true Class-A features and design in the Doral/Airport West submarket. One Park Square features ground floor retail space, 24-hour security, on-site management, a fitness center, a conference facility, and an integrated covered parking garage. The property is situated within a dense commercial region adjacent to the Miami International Airport that is home to numerous corporate headquarters and operations.

Throughout the relationship Stiles also provided third-party construction management services on these properties as well as One Park Square. New Boston Fund has since recognized Stiles as the ideal partner for property management services throughout Florida.
