Located at 4635 Firestone Blvd., and owned by Primestor Development, Inc., the project includes more than 370,000 square feet of retail space and 37 stores. Construction on the site kicked off in September 2012 and was completed in August 2014

Located at 944 East Slauson Avenue in South Los Angeles, the $21 million development is situated on a 6.5-acre site, which was formerly used as a scrap-metal plant.
