URBAN COMPASS WELCOMES TOP AGENTS JAY GLAZER AND TINNIE SASSANO TO THE FIRM
NEW YORK, NY – June 13, 2014 – (RealEstateRama) — In the midst of numerous high-profile hires in the last few weeks, Urban Compass continues its strategic expansion with the addition of two top Manhattan sales agents, Jay Glazer and Tinnie Sassano. Both with an extensive knowledge of the Downtown market, Glazer was one of Warburg Realty’s top producers and has been awarded numerous industry honors. Sassano, formerly of Town Residential, closed over $25M in sales in the past year alone.

Glazer joins Urban Compass from Warburg Realty, where he was ranked as one of the top three agents at the firm, completing over 24 transactions in 2013 as a one man team. Specializing in Downtown sales, his clients include leaders in both technology and financial sectors, along with some of the city’s most successful young entrepreneurs. He has been the recipient of multiple industry awards including Rookie of the Year (2011), Crain’s Next Generation (2011), and the Warburg Fast Track Award (2012), which was created solely for him. A native New Yorker, Glazer received his undergraduate degree from Bard College and a Masters from the University of Birmingham in England.

Tinnie Chan Sassano comes to Urban Compass with more than a decade of experience in the Manhattan real estate market, with a specialty in exclusive luxury residential sales and development properties. As a founding partner of her previous real estate firm, RES, Sassano helped build the company into a top-producing boutique firm with a worldwide network of clientele including global CEOs, celebrities and sports superstars. A native New Yorker, she is well acquainted with each Manhattan neighborhood and prides herself on providing the best service for her clients.
