Jones Lang LaSalle Names Trish Maxson as Chief Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities include aligning human resources with firm strategy and values

CHICAGO, IL – March 7, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) announced today that Trish Maxson will join the firm as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective April 2, 2012. Maxson will be responsible for directing Jones Lang LaSalle’s human resources strategies globally to ensure alignment with the firm’s strategic objectives, company values, and recruitment and retention of top talent. She will report to Colin Dyer, President and Chief Executive Officer, and work closely with the firm’s Board of Directors and Global Executive Committee.

Maxson has an extensive background in international human resources leadership. Most recently, she held the position of Vice President, Human Resources, for Research and Development at Merck & Co., Inc. Prior to joining Merck, she held various senior positions at Rohm & Haas Company, including Director, Human Resources, for Europe and Director, Corporate Human Resources, in the United States.

Maxson earned a master’s degree in clinical psychology from The Fielding Graduate Institute; a doctorate in physical chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley; and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Michigan State University.
