NEW LAWS TO IMPACT CALIFORNIA HOMEOWNERS NEXT YEAR

LAGUNA HILLS, CA – December 20, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — From rental restrictions to electric vehicles and electronic meeting notices, Californians living in homeowners associations will see several new laws governing their communities starting January 1. According to the California Association of Community Managers, one out of every three Californians lives in a homeowners association.
