    WASHINGTON, D.C. – September 4, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — To provide intervention and counseling services for Southeastern Asian families in danger of defaulting on their mortgages, Attorney General Peter F. Kilmartin today announced a $120,000 grant to the Center for Southeast Asians (CSEA).
