Federal Court in Michigan Continues to Decline To Reconsider MERS-Related Foreclosures

Reston, VA - July 18, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- Another ruling from the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Michigan Southern Division declined to reconsider a non-judicial foreclosure initiated by Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.
