June 21, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — The Michigan Department of Human Services (DHS), Bureau of Children and Adult Licensing (BCAL), issued an order of summary suspension and notice of intent to revoke the license of a Newaygo County adult foster care small group home licensee, Carlee Nelson, #AM620009247, 2490 Twelve Street, White Cloud, Mich. This action resulted from recent investigations of complaints of the adult foster care small group home.
