Ballards Walk consultation to be held

    March 19, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Consultation on emerging plans to sell a council owned open space for housing will start next week. Ballards Walk, opposite Gloucester Park in Basildon was first identified as an ‘enabling site’ at cabinet on 27 July 2009 to help fund the building of the Sporting Village which opened in April 2011
