WASHINGTON, D.C. Washington, D.C. – (RealEstateRama) — The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International’s annual conference, the BOMA International Conference & Expo, has been named one of the fastest growing trade shows by the magazine Trade Show Executive. Bringing together thousands of commercial real estate professionals each year, BOMA’s annual conference offers world-class education sessions, unrivaled networking opportunities and the solutions necessary to meet every market challenge and opportunity. This year’s conference will take place June 25-28 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Washington, D.C.

Trade Show Executive ranked the 2015 BOMA International Conference & Expoas one of the top 50 fastest-growing shows in the category of total attendance. The conference also was recognized as a “Fast Tracker” in two additional categories: Growth by net square feet of exhibit space and growth by number of exhibiting companies. The Fast Tracker recognition puts the BOMA conference in the top 100 trade shows for these categories, with the ranking expected to rise even further this year. BOMA International will be honored for these accomplishments at the Trade Show Executive Fastest 50 Awards & Summit on May 25-27 in Las Vegas.

“We are pleased that Trade Show Executive has recognized BOMA International’s annual conference for its tremendous growth,” commented BOMA International President and Chief Operating Officer Henry Chamberlain. “This growth is a testament to the high-quality offerings presented each year at theBOMA International Conference & Expo, as well as a reflection of a strong commercial real estate industry in full economic recovery.”

The 2015 BOMA International Conference & Expo was BOMA International’s largest annual conference in nearly a decade. The event debuted a number of new programs and educational offerings.  The High Performance Buildings education track focused on the industry’s changing approach to sustainability from simply reducing environmental impact to adding asset value. The Women in Commercial Real Estate program, also offered for the first time in 2015, brought together 200 attendees to discuss issues affecting women in the industry. These and other new offerings continue to make the BOMA International’s annual conference the commercial real estate industry’s can’t-miss event of the year.
