WASHINGTON, D.C. – December 01, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — The Find HOPE Here Project, a 501(c)3 with an address of P.O. Box 1338, Northport , AL 35475 and EIN # 47-1549937, recently completed their collection, sorting and packing of “Buckets of HOPE” for the homeless in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

The packing party event was held on Black Friday at Rosedale Baptist Church. The church allowed The Find HOPE Here Project and its volunteers to use their facilities to pack buckets and store them until distribution in December.

Their original goal was to pack 50 5-gallon buckets with bibles, food, water, first aid and hygiene supplies. However, the community’s response was so overwhelming that they were able to pack 101 buckets. They also received enough monetary donations that they can include a sleeping bag or nice blanket with each bucket plus address very specific needs of the homeless.

“A Bucket of HOPE” is a ministry of The Find HOPE Here Project and will continue to be an annual event, reaching out to homeless persons in West Alabama. During the summer of 2016, the organization plans to distribute buckets with items to assist the homeless in staying cool and hydrated and during the winter packed with items to stay warm.

The Find HOPE Here Project is currently looking for donated property in Tuscaloosa so they can start a center to help shelter, feed, clothe, train and tend to the homeless. Donation of property is tax deductible.
