Cantwell, McMorris Rodgers Hold Fire Roundtable

WASHINGTON, D.C. – October 14, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.), ranking member of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, and U.S. Representative Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-Wash.-05) will host a joint roundtable discussion with a wide range of experts who were on the ground during recent wildland fires. Across Eastern Washington, communities were hit by the worst fire season on record. Members of Congress will hear from elected leaders from cities and counties affected by these fires—from Asotin County to Ferry County—as well as business and community leaders involved in firefighting efforts.
