CHA and partners to celebrate grand opening of Clark-Estes with ribbon-cutting

DETAILS:   Brings 54 affordable units to Rogers Park

WASHINGTON, D.C. – RealEstateRama – The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) will join the City of Chicago’s Department of Planning and Development, 49th Ward Alderwoman Maria Hadden, former 49th Ward Alderman Joe Moore and Ross Financial Services for the grand opening of Clark-Estes Apartments, 1763 W. Estes, at 3 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020.

Clark-Estes is a mixed-use development bringing 54 affordable residential units to the Rogers Park community – 15 of which are assisted by CHA’s Property Rental Assistance (PRA).

It also delivers 3,300 square feet on land that sat vacant for more than a decade – filling a void in the vibrant Clark Street retail corridor.

It is the site of the former Adelphi Theater.
