WASHINGTON, D.C. – January 17, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Every year, during the last ten days in January, HUD requires Continuums of Care (CoCs) to count the number of people experiencing homelessness in the geographic area that they serve through the Point-in-Time count (PIT).
