Located at 41, 47 and 53 Perimeter Center East in Dunwoody, Georgia, The Park at Perimeter Center East comprises one five-story building and two six-story buildings totalling 284,000 square feet. In the past year, Grubb Properties implemented an extensive capital improvement program for the property that included updated common areas and restrooms, a food truck court, new landscaping, new chillers, elevator modernization and a tenant engagement program. A Marketing Center for the property and several Spec-Suites are currently under construction and will be available March 1 for prospective tenants seeking move-in ready space.

The Park at Perimeter Center East is conveniently located across from Perimeter Mall, near the I-285/Ashford Dunwoody Road interchange within Central Perimeter. According to JLL’s Fourth Quarter Office Research, Central Perimeter is Atlanta’s largest submarket with over 21 million square feet of office space and holds the largest collection of Fortune 500 companies in the Southeast. The active submarket landed several corporate relocations and expansions in recent years, including Mercedes-Benz USA, State Farm and The Weather Channel.
