HUD PROPOSES NEW RULE TO IMPROVE HOME PROGRAM
WASHINGTON, DC - November 4, 2011 - (RealEstateRama) -- U.S. Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan today announced HUD is proposing new regulatory requirements under its HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME).
