New-Home Sales Slip 2.2 Percent in December

WASHINGTON, DC - January 26, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced today that it is charging the owner of a 24-unit apartment building in Holyoke, Massachusetts, with housing discrimination for denying units to families that have children.
