JLL Expands Retail Agency Leasing Team in Atlanta

Atlanta, GA – (RealEstateRama) — JLL Atlanta today announced two additions to the company’s Atlanta retail brokerage group. The firm has hired Coleman Morris as a Vice President and Jessica Condon as a Senior Associate. The additions are part of JLL’s continued retail brokerage growth in the Atlanta market.

Morris joins JLL to help expand the Retail Agency Leasing Team and brings with her a large, diverse portfolio of retail properties. Condon and Morris will work as a team focusing on open air retail developments and urban, street front retail with Morris being responsible for the overall development and execution of leasing strategies to maximize each client’s property’s full potential.

Prior to joining JLL, Morris was a Vice President/Principal at Colliers International where she oversaw a portfolio with over 3 million square feet. She brings fifteen years of experinece in the retail brokerage industry with expertise in leasing, consulting and development. Morris has also developed and maintains strong retailer relationships on national, regional and local levels and has represented a variety of clients ranging from local entrepreneurs, to multi-family residential developers, to institutional owners. She graduated University of Georgia and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors (ACBR) and a member of the SE ICSC Southeast Committee. Morris has been recognized five times as a top ten producer in the ACBR Atlanta Million Dollar Club and is a nine time member of the ACBR Million Dollar Club.

Condon has over 9 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to joining JLL, she was with Century Lenze, a boutique investment company, where she performed acquisitions, underwriting/ due diligence, and equity placement. Before Century Lenze, Jessica was an analyst for Jamestown Properties and worked on the Premier Property Fund, which acquired trophy assets in gateway cities in the United States. Condon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Georgia. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). In 2015, Condon was named by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the Top Commercial Real Estate Up & Comers in Atlanta.
