The facilities are located at 6750 & 9000 East Tanque Verde Road and 6755 East Golf Links Road in Tucson, AZ. NAI Capital marketed the properties exclusively on behalf of the seller. The properties are all well located assets and comprise over 125,000 net rentable square feet. The total value of the transaction was $7.5 million.
The sellers are from Tucson and have been in the local real estate industry for many years. The properties were purchased by two different national storage REIT’s. The REITS will be upgrading the properties and implementing new management and marketing systems.
