Qualified Borrowers Who Lost Homes To Foreclosure to Receive Mailing, May Be Eligible for Payment

CHARLESTON – September 27, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Attorney General Darrell McGraw announced today that claim forms are going out to approximately 5,222 West Virginia borrowers who lost their homes to foreclosure between January 1, 2008, and December 31, 2011, and who may be eligible for payment under the $25 billion national mortgage foreclosure settlement
