HARRISON, N.Y. – December 9, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Gateside Corporation, a commercial and residential real estate development and investment company, has sold its offices in Rye, NY, and will relocate to Malkin Properties’ 500 Mamaroneck Avenue in Harrison, N.Y., according to Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the building’s marketing and managing agent.
