CHICAGO, IL – June 7, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — RELO Direct®, Inc. President/CEO Bob Portale, SCRP, SGMS-T, has completed the first-ever offering of Worldwide ERC®’s GMS-T: Strategic Talent Mobility course. Portale was only one of eight mobility leaders invited to take the course as part of a pilot program during Worldwide ERC’s National Relocation Conference in May.

The course, which is now being offered by Worldwide ERC® on a wide-scale basis, is designed to give mobility professionals a deeper knowledge of talent management and its relationship to talent mobility. Through case studies and real-life examples, the course helps participants understand how to formulate a talent mobility strategy that is built on a talent needs assessment.

Worldwide ERC® is offering the course again June 18 in Arlington, VA. Details can be found at www.worldwideerc.org/Education/GMS.

“A corporation’s ability to attract and retain the best employees can be impacted greatly by its employee mobility program,” Portale said. “By diving deep and giving participants specific guidelines and strategies, this ground-breaking course helps participants understand this integrated relationship so they can offer solutions that support broader corporate goals.”
